While hubby Virat made his way to South Africa for a cricket series, wifey Anushka accompanied him on the tour and was spotted cheering him on from the stands. The country’s hottest couple has us swooning all over them in this throwback picture from their engagement ceremony. After a fairytale wedding and a blissful honeymoon, Indian cricket Captain Virat Kohli has headed back to the field for the ongoing Test series against South Africa, but not without his wife Anushka Sharma cheering him on from the stands. As hubby dearest joined the team for their first match, Anushka was spotted taking her seat in the stands with other players’ wives.

Dressed in a simple spaghetti strap top and jeans, the actress was seen enjoying herself as she chatted with Aesha Dhawan and even took off her shades from time to time to get a better look of all the action unfolding on the field.

This Test match marked Virat’s first outing post marriage and his first of 2018. The South African team was bowled out for 286 runs, whereas Virat was dismissed at 5 runs.

Meanwhile, Anushka is expected to head home soon to begin work on the Aanand L Rai film ‘Zero’, starring Shah Rukh Khan.

The Indian cricket team is out in Cape Town where the first Test series between India and South Africa will be played. What is more interesting than this is that most of them have been accompanied by their respective families which is rather making the work trip more of a pleasure trip.
Anushka Sharma, who is enjoying her extended holiday with Virat Kohli in Cape Town, met up with Shikhar Dhawan and his family and needless to say all of them enjoyed each other’s company. Posing in the serene background of the city, they were all smiles for the camera.
Video of Shikhar and Virat doing the Bhangra on the streets of Cape Town had recently become viral on the internet. The newlyweds also caught up Akshay Kumar over lunch recently.
